Netball season officially kicked off this morning and what a great way to start......WITH A WIN!!While we (the wussy parents) were all rugged up in our warm jackets and beanies, the girls braved the cold in their figure hugging, onepiece, netball dresses.
While this mornings temperature was probably about 7 degrees C (I feel cold just writing that) with beautiful blue skies I can assure you that in the coming weeks it will turn miserable, dark clouds, frost and rain kind of miserable, and the girls will be play on, in the same skimpy outfits while parents hover over hot cups of coffee (make mine a hot chocolate).
When it's the boys turn to pick a sport to play I can assure you that I'm going to try my very best to steer them towards something indoors where it's warm and dry.

Who wouldn't give that beautiful face the ball. Love the new uniforms, an olympian in the making but then Granny's are bias.
