Today is a public holiday and I desperately wanted to try and practice taking a few "professional" shots in a couple of locations I have been wanting to try out. So I dragged Ailish out this morning and got a few nice ones that I'm really happy about.
It's the post production that I'm having a little trouble with. There certainly is a fine line between over production and not quite enough.
So let me know what you think - I'm looking for feedback that I can really use.

i am not an expert, but i love the pictures :) ailish looks very pretty!
Gorgeous shots. Really great! The first one, I would take some of the red tones out.. her skin just looks too pink. Second one, I love everything!!! Looks vintage and the brown tones are beautiful. I m not very good at processing, truthfully, and I am really looking to learn more.
I think they lookk pretty fantastic, the second one is the best. Very sweet and vintage looking. Great location!
well i love the texture of the weathered location, but i have no photography skills to offer advice. you seem to do great!
I think they look pretty great too! The light is terrific, and I love the 'classic beauty' face that Alish has. Not too smiley, just beautiful. I'm no expert, but you certainly are!
Nice.
great location...i love the simplicity of everything...you are doing so good...the post processing stuff is a tough thing to master...you seem to be getting the hang of it very well!
she really is beautiful...
love to all...
I love the sunset feel to the first one and it is a great use of negative space - I also love how the horizontal line takes you straight to her face, but I'm not a big fan of the tones on the second one because there is not enough distinction between the skin and the background - it seems to make the image a little flat.
Hope that is the sort of feedback you were after - we should go out together in the holidays and take some shots :)
