I love cooking, I love baking and most importantly I love eating.
But sometime mealtimes just become the same ol' thing, de ja vue week in and week out.
In our house we eat a lot of pasta because it's quick & easy. Also we have Freezer Friday and generally once a week I like to make a roast.
So I'm setting myself a challenge to cook a new dish each week. A dish that I've been wanting to try since forever, or an ingredient that I have never used before.
So tonight saw me make this........

It was a hit. Both young and old enjoyed this sticky, meat-falling-off-the bone goodness.
While it's not a dish that can just be whipped up, you do need to allow a little time, it was a very easy dish to prepare.
I'll definitely make this dish again.
