.....it's all back for another year
Yep, the kids started back to school today.
Summer holidays are over and it's back to reality.
This school year will bring it's own new and exciting challenges.
Ailish is in year 5 and boy is she happy that her class is upstairs this year.
At school the lower year levels are downstairs and the older kids are upstairs - so it's almost like a right of passage to be able to venture up those concrete steps.
The boys, well they are in different classes - yep, they're separated.
We actually requested it. I'm hoping that this will encourage their own special personalities to grow and shine; a little less co-dependency.
Callum is embracing these changes while Rowan is finding it a little harder to adjust - I'm confident that over time they'll both do well.

Good luck!!! I hope they all like their new teachers!!! And I think it is great that you are having Rowan and Callum in different classes.

those boys could not be more different if they tried & those photos just show them to a tee. love to all & hope its a great year ahead!!

I'm missing those mornings! the kids will do great this school year! (are you glad they are back in??) tell them hi for me.
