This past week I've been feeling....unfocused....not in control....run down....BLAH!
It hasn't helped that I've been dealing with a mild cold - nothing too bad, just enough to make me feel....well Blah!
Small things have been setting me off - the dishes not being done, stuff just laying around the house.
I've had a couple moments of craziness ~ on Thursday after I picked the kids up from school, and before I even got changed out of my work clothes, I just HAD to clean the inside of the car; and then today about 5pm I had another moment where I just HAD to rearrange Rowan's room, nothing was going to stop me.
I haven't been to the gym, I'm not eating well, not drinking enough water, not getting enough sleep - I know that all these things are contributing to my feeling of BLAH!
So this week I intend to look after myself.
Get my endorphines going with some exercise, rehydrate myself (maybe even cut down on the Coke Zero), start taking some multi-vitamins and go to bed well before 2am!!

Kristi! I have had exactly the same kind of week and am going to look after myself this week. Here's to getting ourselves out of a funk!
I know you are prob sleeping by now and i just wanted to let you know that i think sleeping is a very good idea. good luck with that.
